BLG Group Building Activities Successfully Conclude

Recently, to strengthen communication and collaboration among employees and enhance team cohesion, BOLANG Company meticulously organized a unique team-building event. The activity took place on June 15, 2024, at the picturesque Kaisha Island Camping Base Scenic Area. All staff members actively participated, spending a fulfilling and enjoyable weekend together.

At the start of the event, the host delivered an enthusiastic speech, highlighting the importance of team building for the company's development and encouraging everyone to engage actively and showcase their talents and charm. Subsequently, a distinctive "circle game" kicked off the team-building activities. Through interactive games, employees quickly broke the ice, fostering mutual understanding and trust.

The company thoughtfully arranged a series of challenging and entertaining projects for the team-building activities. These included the nerve-wracking "trust fall," which required team members to rely on each other to complete the task without any safety measures. There was also the "bug crawl," which tested teamwork skills as employees worked together to create a beautiful arc on the grass. Additionally, activities like "100 Hair 100" and "Frisbee Bowling" allowed employees to fully experience the joy of teamwork in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

During the lunch break, the company provided a sumptuous buffet for the employees. Sitting together, they enjoyed the meal while discussing work and life.
